Overview
Pandanus Flowers is one of the herbs traditionally used in Ayurveda for brain fog & memory. Additional properties of Ketaki (Pandanus) flower are described here including its use in heart conditions, headache, and as a brain tonic. The distilled water (Kewda water) is used in cooking, especially in sweets and biryanis. The essential oil is used in perfumery. The flower is considered auspicious but traditionally not offered to Lord Shiva. Verse: 12-14.
